An awesome book for anyone interested in the early years of aviation and especially for those living in the St. Louis area. Well written with liberal inclusion of many rare photographs of the early period. A really great history lesson.

I got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift since she's a book lover that works at Lambert. I have to admit that I read a lot of it before I gave it to her and it's a really interesting book with lots of great photos.

Very well written and designed book providing a much needed narrative of a great American airport with a rich and colorful history.

An outstanding book with informative text , great pictures of not only airplanes , but the whole area from then 'till now !
